As with all interactions at Hamilton Hill my last was lovely. I’ve always walked away feeling valued and appreciated and known regardless of time between visits. And the quality of support and work is unrivaled.
I had a great experience getting a custom engagement ring here. (also she said yes!) Lilla walked me through the whole process and Kai is an incredible and thoughtful designer. They made a potentially stressful experience very fun and exciting. We will definitely be coming back for our wedding bands! (Same if I have to get another engagement ring, but let’s hope it doesn’t come to that)
We needed some resizing and reinforcement on an engagement ring and band, which were inherited and not in the best of condition. Kai did a wonderful job on both! She is laid back and super easy to work with her. Even after needing the size changed a second time, she dialed it in and made sure the fit was right. We are both very grateful for her and her expertise!
We came in for a custom birthday present from my husband to me (and he was nervous). They took my existing rings and had us walk the display cases knowing our not great budget to get my personality nailed down. We ended up with 2 rings!! We never felt pressured or uncomfortable about our lower price point. My mom is ready to come repurpose rings when she visits!
My fiancé and I recently had a custom engagement ring designed at Hamilton Hill, using his grandmother’s original stones but in a new setting. Everyone at Hamilton Hill was so welcoming and kind, it was truly a joy to work with them! Especially sitting down with goldsmith Ken, he made our exact dreams come true with this ring as initially we weren’t sure if all the stones could be incorporated but he made it happen. We are thrilled with the result, and they made sure the ring was perfect, including resizing it as necessary. They were accommodating at every step. I would recommend walking in and talking to them if you are local and looking for a ring or a custom piece!
