Great experience! Our estimator listened to our concerns, made good recommendations and provided estimates for each one. The crew arrived promptly at 8:00, were efficient, professional and very skilled! By 1:30 they had removed 5 trees and one large oak limb. Would highly recommend this company!
Hancocks tree service does great work, they provide fair, reasonable pricing, and were very flexible to my needs. As if that weren’t enough, they were all articulate and kind gentlemen. I highly recommend them, and wish I rate them higher than 5 stars!
As a Director of a HOA in Knoxville I was tasked with replacing old fencing on our property lines. Before I could begin I needed allot of tree work as growth had overwhelmed the fencing lines and needed to be addressed before new fencing could begin. After receiving several competitive bids I selected Hancock Tree Service. Their price was competitive with the others. I was more impressed with Matt who bid on the project for Hancock as he pointed out the best way to address our issues and not just putting a price on the job. Very soon after selecting Hancock I was contacted by John who supervises the Hancock Tree Services crews. I was given an earlier than expected response to complete the job. A large crew and equipment came on site and with teamwork precision completed the work. The site was left super clean and they did a perfect job. I contracted with them a few weeks later for more work. This time I didn’t need to get competitive bids as I already knew Hancock Tree Service would do the best job at a fair and competitive price.
Johnny at Hancock Tree Services guided his crew through a very difficult removal of 3 huge trees. Due to size and location of trees near our house and neighbors, we were concerned about possible damage. We were impressed with the quality of care that we saw. Nothing was damaged. The crew was punctual, courteous, and efficient. Amazing teamwork. Very customer service oriented and Johnny checked back later to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We will definitely call Hancock Tree Services for any future needs!
EXCELLENT customer service!! Big shout out to Matt, certified arborist, who came out very quickly to look at work being requested. Provided very fair estimate and scheduled the work within a few days. The guys were there promptly this morning and did a fantastic job topping 2 large trees and shaping the sides.... Have already recommended to co-worker. Will definitely contact this company when we need other work done. Thank you, Hancock Tree Service!! Outstanding all the way around!!
