My dogs (greyhounds) have been staying at Hanrob Brisbane 3 or 4 times a year since it opened. I highly recommend the Brisbane facility if you are looking for safe, kind and reliable boarding for your dog/s. They provide excellent care (lots of love and cuddles) and nutrition and carefully monitor the health of the dogs during their stay. My dogs always come home relaxed and happy from their stay at Hanrob Brisbane.
Thank you to the team at Hanrob Brisbane for taking care of our cat, Archie, while we went away to Sydney for 5 days! This was the first time we took Archie to a pet hotel, and we were so pleased with the positive experience he had. He settled in well and was well taken care of throughout his stay. When we picked him up, he was in a very happy mood and adjusted quickly when we got home. Next time we go away and we need someone to take care of him, we will be leaving him in the caring hands of the team at Hanrob Brisbane! I highly recommend Hanrob to anyone looking to have their pet be taken care of when they go away.
We recently sent our German Shepherd, Stormie, to Hanrob for the Stay & Train program and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Our trainer, Julia, was amazing from start to finish. She was so welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about helping Stormie succeed. She kept us updated throughout her stay, which really put our minds at ease. The difference in Stormie’s behaviour when she came home was incredible. She’s more confident, listens so much better, and you can truly see the work Julia put in. Julia didn’t just train Stormie she also helped us understand how to keep the progress going at home, which made all the difference. The facilities are clean, safe, and really well run. You can tell they treat the dogs like their own. We felt genuinely supported the whole way through. If you’re thinking about doing stay and train, Hanrob is 100% worth it. We’re so grateful for how much time and care Julia and the team put into Stormie couldn’t recommend them more highly.

Horrible experience for our two cats. We went overseas for 3 weeks. We had to notify the facility multiple times we couldn’t receive calls. Yet they tried to call us many times instead of sending emails. By the time they decided to send an email, our 2 cats haven’t been eating nor drinking for 4 days straight and not using their litter box. The staff was clueless in what to do when it should be basic knowledge that cats can have anxiety in a new place and comfort them to settle. In the end one of our cats was letting herself to die, she was barely eating and very depressed. Both the cats lost weight and it took them 2 weeks to settle back to normal at home. When we picked up our cats the staff forgot to give us back one of our blanket and luckily I was still parked at the facility when I realised it. For the price paid it was very expensive to have such an horrific experience. Plus it added so much stress to our holidays as we thought our cats were dying. The lack of care is outrageous. I won’t be back ever again! And I want a refund!
