Love this place to bits! Staff is friendly, and they have me covered on pretty much all of my dog related needs: they offer dog daycare and boarding, grooming, and training!
I can't tell you what a change there's been in my dogs ever since we started attending attending Happy Tails daycare and boarding. My dogs are so much more relaxed around people and other dogs. And the groomers have made such progress with my two scaredy cats - they can even trim their nails and no one else has been able to do that. I look forward to many more years of dropping my voice off with Joe and picking them up from Pam or Josh, and all the other great team members. The day after is always spent recouping happily (i.e., sleeping all day).
Staff is very welcoming. Area is clean and surprisingly not too smelly. Have used the daycare and grooming: both were good experiences.
My American Akita is always welcomed at Happy Tails. The groomers are great when you can get your baby scheduled for an appointment. Lately, the groomers have been super booked. My Diesel was really wet when I picked him up from his last visit. I'm not sure if he was just playing with other dogs and they were all slobbering all over each other or what, but he was smelly and I ended up having to take him to get another bath. However, overall the staff in the area was so good to my baby and it's always great to take him there. Thank you
As we are moving and it's our pups last day, we have to give happy tails the raving review they truly deserve. This place is his home away from home. I always run into employees who are possibly more excited than I am to see my own dog. They take the best care of the pups here and have the best service in town. I would gladly recommend happy tails to anyone and everyone around St Louis for doggy daycare and boarding. Thank you so much to everyone at happy tails for all the love you've shown Balto over the years. We will miss this place more than you could possibly know.
