This was my first time at Haven and Laney was AMAZING!! Laney suggested some new techniques for my hair to achieve the look I wanted and it came out PERFECT- I’m so in love!! If you are blonde you have to book with her. The salon is stunning, upscale, yet cozy! All of the other stylists were super friendly and it felt like I was hanging out with “the girls”. 11/10 would recommend!
Meghan is the absolute sweetest human. She listened to my exact desires and concerns about my hair and perfectly executed my vision. She made getting my hair done in a new place feel like a stress free breath of fresh air. I left so pleased with my hair and energized from my entire experience. (Which can be hard to come by as a mom on a time crunch) Could not recommend her more!
I am over the moon happy with my cut and color! Joy is amazing! She listened carefully to what I wanted, talked through different options, and truly delivered. She’s so nice and personable and made me feel completely comfortable and pampered the entire time. If you want great hair and a great experience, Joy is your stylist!
Grace did an amazing job managing my expectations then exceeding them. She was very kind and a great conversationalist the entire time. I’ve used black box hair dye on my hair and now I’m trying to transition into a dirty blonde. Everyone should know trying to transition into a blonde after that TAKES TIME but she did her thing! I left with my hair feeling healthier than ever & full of confidence. I’d give grace 100 stars if I could. I already can’t wait to come back.
I had THE WORST experience at this salon with Grace. She was a very sweet girl, but she obviously did not have any experience. I have thick, very long hair and I wanted to keep the length and add some layers (I added pictures of what I wanted to this post as well as the before and after.) I understand that haircuts never come out exactly like the picture, but my hair doesn’t look any different than before other than the fact that she destroyed it. it is now the thinnest it’s ever been in my life AND she cut at least 4-5 inches when I said I wanted to keep the length. not to mention there are no layers at all. she messed up so bad that she had to ask another stylist to fix it. Her face when she came over and saw what she had done told me what I needed to know. THEN to top it all off, she did not style my hair at all, only a quick blow dry that honestly was torture it hurt so bad. If she had no experience in cutting long hair or doing layers she should have told me beforehand and that would’ve saved us both this trouble. I won’t be coming back. First picture is before, Middle picture is the inspiration picture of what I wanted, and the last picture is 20 minutes after the appointment. I think it says it all.
