I recently visited the tire repair shop and had an outstanding experience. The owner, in particular, went above and beyond to assist me. His exceptional customer service, expertise, and willingness to help made a significant impression. He took the time to explain the repair process, ensured the work was done efficiently, and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. His professionalism and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction truly stood out. Important Update: This shop does not support or work on Cruise motorcycles. Called to ask if he does spark plugs he says "I'm not dumb" then I tell him my bike (07 cbr1k) then he says oh that's gonna be hard. What I get out of this guy is he is knowledgeable, he's the type of guy if YOU have the parts he may or may not do it. I think he just likes to do basic maintenance stuff depending on the bike. At 100$ an hour is pretty reasonable but it's like twisting his arm to get him to want to work on your bike. I had better luck with evolution motorcycles in Santa Clara, spark plug install, valve adjustment, coolant and brake flush along with several other things all in one package for a little under 1k. Very professional and easy to deal with
Good humor. Great service and competitive prices. I brought my Yamaha fz6 for new tire installation. They got it done same day, including chain tensioning. Lots of tires in stock.
Awesome....There is no better price and place, you have a piece of mind knowing your bike won't fall apart on you while riding. You had a professional did the job for a great DeaL. I know because this is the only place i bring my bike.
A friend recommended this place for me to fix my 2009 Yamaha R6, and since the moment I spoke with the owner, I felt very secure about taking my motorcycle there. I received an excellent service and a very good price. I took my bike there for one problem and I ended up receiving few more fixes; for example break service and more, for an affordable/fair price. I am very satisfied in every aspect about this business. Of course I will recommend it.
