I had such a wonderful experience with Cindy and her team for my dress alterations! From start to finish, they were professional, kind, and incredibly talented. I had three fittings, and throughout the process, they made sure everything was perfect. One of the most impressive parts was how they created my sleeves entirely from scratch, using only my drawings and reference images—they brought my vision to life beautifully. We also made some updates to the backing of the dress to better suit my needs, and they handled every detail with care and precision. I couldn’t be happier with how my dress turned out. It needed addition, alteration, buttons, sleeves, and some fixtures!!! They provided everything at a great price!! They also steam your veil the day you pick up your dress! I had a matching top and bottom tailored to my proportions that was originally too big for my frame. These lovely ladies were so sweet and finished my two piece under a week! I went to go try it back on and the silhouette fit perfectly. I did ask after to have the front jacket straps a little shorter than they'd advised but they did it, no hesitation! All in all I was extremely satisfied!
