Ayesha is not at all professional. She spoiled our saturday timeoff time. Did not entertain my husband’s appointment. When you cannot handle new user brazilian appointment in 40 mins reserved time slot, I think you should Quit your job. I booked brazilian wax and underarm wax appointment as first time user for my hubby. Location: Arrowhead, it was booked with Ayesha and 35-40 minutes time was already reserved for my hubby’s slot. But When we reached at venue & that too well before the appointment time, Ayesha said that she can’t do brazilian and underarms for my husband on same day, and justified her statements saying that she had another appointment right after my hubby appointment and that his brazilian may take longer. I mean seriously?? how do you that it may take longer, when you are just by looking at face ?? Do you think this is professional behavior? No - Not at all . We drove all the way from North Phoenix to Arrowhead, and I made sure my hubby is mentally prepared, comfortable for his first brazilian wax appointment. But Ayesha just casually denied our 40-mins booked appointment . Worst and Worst service .. not expected
Jamie at Hello Sugar is amazing! She’s been my esthetician since Dec 2023 and I can’t recommend anyone more. She’s always so friendly, accommodating, and easy to talk to, which makes every appointment feel effortless. I really appreciate how gentle and professional she is—truly the best!
Alyssa was so great! Very friendly and she worked fast and efficient! Never had a wax done in the time she did it! The space was clean and she made me feel very comfortable! Great service!
This was my first visit and Julia was fantastic. She walked me through step by step of what was happening and was so easy to talk to during the entire interaction. The place is so clean and bright and very welcoming! I highly recommend anyone in need of waxing services to come here.
Had a great first service here and I loved the ambiance . Clean , neat and sanitized. Staff was knowledgeable and energetic and Sully made me feel comfortable. I wasn’t pitched or sold to just organic conversation about how they operate for their services. I really appreciated that!
