Another check-up and cleaning for my ring. Every 6 months for nearly 25 years. Always a friendly associate cleans it and checks the stones to be sure they aren't loose. Great store to do business with!
Had five stars at Helzberg Diamonds in Superstition Springs Mall today-couldn’t have gone better. Krys greeted me like family, Stephanie sized my ring in seconds flat, Sandra found me a dazzling stone, Barb sealed the deal with zero pressure, and Lainey boxed it up so cute! Total dream team of pros, will be back soon! Go see them!
They don’t warranty their work at all. Poor quality as stones fell out and were loose after less than one year. Told I needed to pay for the care package or would have to pay for it (either way you pay for it, I mean where is the incentive to do quality work). Bad choice to use them on my part, always went with another jeweler who backs their work for a lifetime. Won’t be making that mistake again. Wedding rings next big purchase, but not looking here. Buyer beware.
Husband got me a new wedding band for our 15th anniversary. Absolutely beautiful, wonderful and friendly staff. We have bought a few other pieces since then. Definitely recommend
