We had an amazing experience at Restore, and Angel in the diamond section went above and beyond to help us pick out my engagement ring. He spent a lot of time with us, answered all of our questions, and gave honest, thoughtful advice without any pressure. You can tell he truly cares about helping people make the right decision. Thanks to Angel, the entire process felt easy and special. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend asking for him.

First time experience and it was one to remember. Zachery s and Deidania m helped me out and made it a lovely experience. Top notch customer service. Providing knowledge, a good laugh and feeling welcomed. They offer a diamond trade in program which works for me so I can trade in my engagement ring for the wedding one if my pockets come to it. They had to send it out to get sized came the day after it was promised which is no big deal especially being during the holidays thanksgiving and Christmas, I was honestly impressed. Wish me luck with my lady.
Absolute pleasure to shop here. Staff was knowledgeable, explaining the different aspects that make the gems rated the way they are. Staff was not pushy, just helpful. They told me about the military discount and saved me a ton of money. Update: I was told resizing would take a week, its now been over two with no clear direction on how much longer its going to take.
Sierra was wonderful to work with. She was super helpful, knowledgeable, and answered all our questions. She made us feel very comfortable and was never pushy in anyway. She listened and found exactly what we were looking for! As for the store, it was welcoming and there was a great selection to choose from. We’d highly recommend!
