Bought a set. Earrings, necklace, and ring. Was even more impressed when I saw in person. Great customer service. The lady at the store was more than appreciative and encouraged me to look at it before leaving and verifying that the ring was sized correct. I recommend but won't be able to buy as often as i would like to.

0 stars: we purchased a ring that is of poor quality. It bends every time my wife wears it casually. We opted for the protection plan, but after sending the ring for repairs, the jeweler informed us that the damage was irreparable. They provided a so-called “new ring“, but it had a custom engraving, unrelated to us. This “new ring“ bent after just one wear. When we return to the jeweler, our concerns were dismissed, and they insisted it looked normal, refusing to allow an exchange for a different piece. Thank you, Hezlberg, for ruining our anniversary and we will never recommend Helzberg to anyone or shop there again.
