Shoutout to Ike and everyone at Henderson Roofing—they made what could’ve been a stressful situation incredibly easy. I called them out when I thought I had hail damage, and Ike did a thorough inspection and then took it from there, including communicating directly with my insurance agent. What really impressed me was when the insurance adjuster came out—Henderson Roofing even met the adjuster at my house and walked through everything in person. I can’t underestimate the value of having a roofing pro there to clearly point out what they were seeing and explain it in real time. That alone made a huge difference in the whole process. If you have any storm or hail damage (or even think you might), call Henderson Roofing first and ask for Ike. They’ll save you time, remove a lot of the headache, and make the entire insurance process so much smoother.
I sincerely stand by my five star review. Ike In particular was such a pleasure to work with. He fought for me in various ways, making sure I got everything covered properly with my insurance provider. The roof itself was finished the day they started, and that’s including replacing the decking. I will be referring Henderson to all of my friends and family when they need a roof.
I received hail damage on May 20th of this year. I contacted my insurance agent and he recommended I give Ike Alexander a call to come inspect my home. Mr. Alexander was very professional to work with. He is an excellent employee. The workman were very cautious with the furniture on my deck & my shrubbery was well protected. Mr. Alexander has submitted further documentation into my insurance for additional work that was needed to get my new roof up to code. Henderson Roofing installed a class 3 impact resistant shingle that will qualify me for a discount on my insurance premiums and protect me from future hail and wind storms. I couldn’t recommend this company and Ike for roofing enough! Thank you Henderson Roofing!!
Al in sales, Tim the site manager and the whole team made the experience smooth. They were able to do the whole house and large shed in one day and clean up was great. They also installed some gutter guard in a tough spot for me and rerouted a downspout. A special shout out to Mr Henderson's Mom and Dad who I also met before the start of the project and had a nice talk with. Great family. Happy wife, happy life. 👍❤️
Ike and the team did an incredible job! He was a pleasure to work with from start to finish! Very patient and courteous. He answered all of my questions. He was able to get my new roof system up to local building codes and recoup additional reimbursement from my insurance company. I HIGHLY Recommend Henderson Roofing!!
