Douglas is the only person I will allow to fix issues on my computer. He is extremely knowledgeable and patiently explains in just enough detail what caused the problems to occur. He fixed several of my PC issues quickly and competently. I highly recommend Douglas to anyone experiencing computer, printer, VPN, WIFI, Software and/or Virus protection issues. He does all of that and more!
Excellence in service, Professionalism, Heart, and nothing less. I had a burnt laptop hard drive stuffed with cat hair and dust and Doug was able to extract all my critical data and even offered a laptop for use while I waited. He and his family does great work for the local community and I cannot recommend more. Do not show up to his address though lol. Call/text/email him
Tech skills are not my strongest asset, and my computer system or lack of, had actually become dangerously insecure, and taken over with malware, etc. We had been misled by a computer man from another business, and that combined with our own lack of tech understanding, made things worse. Then, thankfully, I was referred by close friends to Douglas and "Here to Assist" LLC. Douglas was completely honest, explained everything he did and why, and also ensured I could work on the new, magical system that he set up!! It's amazing!! And Fun!! The quality is stunning, and his help, a true life saver. Douglas was efficient, fast, very kind, and a great teacher even for those of us who can be technically challenged. I am so grateful for Douglas's help and my new, outstanding system!! My computer set up is now one I can enjoy, work on and feel comfortable.... not afraid of a flood of malware take over. And the speed and colors? spectacular!! With deep appreciation I'm very happy to post my first WELL EARNED 5 star review. Douglas went way above and beyond. You ARE the best, Sir!! Douglas was so Amazing with the work he delivered to servicing my laptop. I am extremely impressed and satisfied. The cost for his service is very fair and reasonable. Not only was he efficient, he educated me along the way and ensured that I understood what was going on with the steps he took to scan, clean, and protect my laptop. He not only serviced my laptop device, he took the opportunity to service my phone as well at the same time. Hands down, Top Tier service! He has Great multi-tasking skills and a Wonderful personality. The service was better than I expected. I was blown away and I will definitely be returning when my devices are in need of service again. I will also be highly recommending him to any and everyone who is in need of this service as well. I can't say enough about how wonderfully knowledgeable Douglas is. This is the second time I have had Douglas help with my laptops. I know I can trust him and the service he provides. He 'read' my old laptop and shared what he could do to 'fix it' and/or get me into a new laptop which would be much faster. I chose the newer laptop, he walked me thorough the set up and downloaded my documents onto my new computer. He is professional and has a great sense of humor at the same time. Thanks Douglas
