My Ariel Rider V60 is serviced here. They recently repaired it after an accident. They are always courtious and helpful. Their staff are highly capable mechanics. The quality of their work is GREAT. I trust them completely. They are upfront and honest in every way. There front desk staff keeps you updated, while the crew of mechanics work diligently to complete the work asap. The additional accessory store attached to the shop/rental entrance makes many ebile essentials close and easy to find.
These guys are the best! I had a flat tire a few weeks ago and they were able to fix it within 10 minutes at an extremely affordable price. I’ve also had my chain fall off as I was riding on the strand and they’ve helped me out and I was able to ride back home. 10/10 would recommend.
Just got a new pair of grips for my bike and loved the stuff. Customer service is perfect and they put my new grips on my bike without any extra charge. And prices are very normal for this area. Not too expensive. Everybody smiles here. I'm very happy overall
Been here many times to get my bike serviced. The staff is always so friendly and helpful without any expectations in return. A friend of mine put my new bike together and put the front fork on backwards 😕after claiming that he knows what he’s doing and has done this many’s times before. 🤦🏽♀️Came to Hermosa Cyclery and they totally set me straight. Definitely the go to place for servicing your bike needs. 😃 👍🏽
