Today a very professional electrician from High Ground Electric drove through snow clogged traffic to install an electric heater in my house that had burned out. The installation was quick, he checked everything thoroughly before he left. This is the second time I used High Ground Electric. The first time I had some GFI outlets that had to be replaced. Todd is absolutely a rockstar! I had an uh oh moment with an outlet and blew everything in the house. Called multiple companies and was not able to get service for at least a day. Todd went above and beyond by helping walk me through the situation over the phone and saving the day for me. I highly recommend them for any of your needs! Thank you again Todd!!
I called Todd for help when I was worried I drilled and hit a wire. Even though he had never worked with us before, he stayed on the phone, answered all my questions, and helped me come up with a solution. It was even on a holiday! I am so grateful to Todd for his help, and will certainly be calling him for any future electrical work.
