I just had a very bad experience, which surprises me because we're big fans of eating here for every celebration we have in the teppanyaki area, and everything is always great. But today we decided to eat on the other side, at the regular tables, and they took more than an hour to serve us. It seemed like they had forgotten our order. When they finally brought my dish, it was cold and dry; I felt like I was eating leftovers.
We go to this place quite often probably once a month or so all the way from Hanford and it’s well worth it. The food the atmosphere the service and the surrounding areas are great. There’s a section for the Teppanyaki show or just private dining either way the food and drinks or top-notch And definitely recommend it’s worth the drive if you’re from out of town like us. The pricing isn’t too bad either considering the quality of food and service that you get.
Came in for a late lunch with the Fam, service was excellent, I had the Steak and Scallops with some Sushi Rolls, it was soo good! This place is very large inside, with lots of seating. Reservation definitely advise. Their Hot n Spice sauce is the best!
We celebrated our daughter's birthday week at this restaurant, and it was a delightful experience. My kids, who are 10 and 7 years old, thoroughly enjoyed the teppanyaki experience. The chef and staff went above and beyond to ensure it was a memorable celebration for her. The portion sizes were generous, and the chef was knowledgeable and experienced. The teppayanki shrimp and chicken tasted fresh and perfect. There is a wait time even on weekday afternoons. I would recommend a reservation. You may have to share a table with other guests if you are fewer than 6 people. The guests who joined us were polite and kind to us. One-of-a-kind dining experience.
We’ve been to Hino quite a few times, it’s always been great. Always packed so make sure you have the time. The food is plenty and tasty. We like the sushi rolls, and teppanyaki. The filet, chicken, shrimp are delicious with, of course, the fried rice. If you like some spice, their spicy mayo is a must. Staff is friendly and consistently checks on you for refills, etc. The best teppanyaki place in town hands down.
