I had never been to a Hobby Lobby before, and I can see why people like it so much. Going during the holidays is intense, the store is packed wall to wall and very busy but the selection is still impressive. There’s a ton of decor, craft supplies, and seasonal items, and it’s clear this store has a lot to offer. I’ll definitely come back when it’s not a holiday rush so I can actually take my time and look around. Overall, it’s a really solid store.
I never leave reviews, usually the service I receive is phenomenal. 10/10 no notes. I wish I could remember their names. I don’t know the gentleman’s name or the lady that usually works the counter. Excellent service. But i know when I will get bad service when the custom framing manager is working. The custom framing manager’s rude and condescending behavior was disappointing. This is the fourth time i’ve dealt with the custom framing manager specifically. I am disappointed and dissatisfied, especially for a store that prides itself on Christian values. If he walked with Christ in his heart, he would know how to be of service. If there is a way for the store manager to get in contact with me. 0/ 10 for the custom framing manager.
Employee of the year Shelley Jo ❤️ When it comes to customer service and a smiling face with such kindness, this lady Shelley jo Is the bomb she’s amazing incredible sweet I had to return that kind of got a little goofy because we couldn’t find the receipt. She was positive all the way through it wonderful and even when I went to get a different item and came back, she said thank you for shopping at Hobby lobby and have a beautiful Christmas friend. She doesn’t even really know me, but boy I felt welcomed and loved. Thank you so much for being such an inspiration to living a graceful, wonderful, beautiful life and kindness is everything I pray and hope that you have a fabulous holiday and thank you, Hobby lobby for hiring such an amazing woman. This location has many good deals in here. Lots of items were 90 percent off but some were damaged. The deals were still worth the money though. The staff was very friendly and very helpful when i needed assistance. I will definitely be back at this location for the great deals that they have in stock. I was able to find not only all of the items that I was looking for but also items I never knew I needed. My husband came with me and agreed that the deals in here were very good and well worth the money that they charge for it. I will come back to shop here and thanks to Hobby Lobby for all of your great service and great deals.
