I had a very positive experience dealing with Hogan Hot Water when my electric hot water tank ruptured on a Friday afternoon. The company responded first thing of a Monday morning and the tradesman(Jamie) was punctual, competent and very knowledgeable. I've used this company before without any issue and will use them again when the situation arises.
I'm not someone who unusually writes reviews, but these guys were excellent. Installed a new water heater for good price. That night i noticed the cold water pressure was low. First thing next morning they came around and found that a pressure value didn't fully reopen when the water was switched off. Fixed that problem (which was not there fault) for free. Highly recommended.
Excellent service installing my new Heat Pump Water Heater. Their knowledge and experience with these heaters was very reassuring as we were changing from a gas system to heat pump. The installation was quick and clean, and the system works beautifully. A month or so after installation they contacted me about a manufacturer recall of a batch of tanks which included the serial number of the one they installed. They organised to come and swap the tank with a new one with absolutely no hassle. Very impressed by their work and post-installation support.
