What a great store. Fabulous selection and quality at moderate prices!! I was in a mission for something specific. Three different people jumped into help and “ta da” we found it. I will go back tomorrow to shop for the sake of shopping. Thank you “Team Holly Ray”
Grace is one of the BEST store associates I've ever worked with she's so sweet and helpful and really listens to what you're looking for so her recommendations are spot on! No wasting time she knows all the inventory and literally is the best!!
She was absolutely amazing! I can’t into the store needing an outfit for a photo shoot in a couple of hours and she helped me right away with getting outfits together and making me feel confident and comfortable. Her customer service and bubbly personality is contagious l! Thank you grace! :)
Mariah at the Nashville store was so incredibly helpful. I had recently destroyed a shirt my wife had purchased at Hollie Ray on a birthday trip to Nashville and Mariah went above and beyond to not only get me the only sizes left however she also transcribed a note to include in the package of shirts to my wife to make up for my mistake. 10 out of 10 customer experience and would highly recommend.
It was amazing! They accommodate women that are thick and they’re so sweet and they’re very loving. They will help me find an outfit within five minutes and Bam, you have an outfit. They were the sweetest I’ve met Throughout Tennessee. I’ll definitely come back. They are true to size unlike the other stores here. I have tried on a 31 bottoms in other stores and didn’t fit and tried it on here and for perfectly. I appreciate them so much
