I am late in posting this, but a recent excellent warranty experience reminded me I needed to do this. We were building a new home just outside Knoxville a couple of years ago and needed someone to assist us with the overall AV/IT set up for the entire home. Mike and Team were a godsend in regards to listening to the level of technology we were interested in and the type of audio quality that mattered to us. The entire process they listened and were conscientious of our budget. When it came time for install and coordination with the contractor, Brian and his install team were nothing but beyond professional. We also ended up using them for the install of our electric blind system which also went seamlessly. Would not hesitate to strongly recommend At Home Audio for any of your AV needs, large or small. They were consummate professionals and I would engage them to do the project all over again if the need ever arose. Top shelf outfit, deserving of 5 stars and then some!
Shawn was engaging, helpful answering our questions confidently & with ease. What was difficult & cumbersome for us he simplified & made it easy. We’re so glad to have contracted with @home a/v.
After the initial evaluation for a repair after a lightning strike the technicians were quickly scheduled and did an excellent job of installing the new equipment and programming each theater component into the universal remote. The team was very friendly and respectful and readily answered all questions. I would highly recommend @home Audio Video.
We completed our install for a 65 in Sony TV and Sonos Sound System yesterday. What a pleasure to work with @home Audio Video Technology, from sales with Tom (patient and knowledgeable) to installation with Mario aka "Shaun" and Hugo. They left my living room clean and were professional. Had the installation down to a science, working so well together. We now have piece of mind we wouldn't have gotten at a chain store.
