Mr Mehrshad the sale specialist was very helpful he took tome to checked if I’ve been helped. He showed me the washer and dryer that I was trying to look for and honestly stating his opinion regarding the actual size of the unit, he explained everything in detailed and I went home without questions on my part. He showed the true quality of a sale attendant.
To start with the appliance showroom is outstanding. Full of quality brand appliances. I will not bother with the "big box" stores in the future. The sales people are highly knowledgeable and are not high pressure to close a sale. I asked about other appilances just for future info and Don Little provided great input that will help allot when the time comes for other needs. Freezer arrived as scheduled the next day and was installed in about 10 minutes. All in all a very good experience!
My husband and I went to Homewise Appliance on Bascom Avenue in San Jose where we were helped by a very nice gentlemen, Moe Meschi. We needed to replace our two Miele dishwashers, and even though one of the was still working, they needed to match, thus we needed to order two of them. He listened to what our needs were and he made recommendations based of what we needed, without trying to upsell us. After we got home I called him and was able to place my order without any problems. I still don't have the dishwashers as I placed the order on December 27 and it will take 14 business days to get them, so I can't speak yet to their installation, only to the ordering of them. I am a very satisfied customer so far.
We purchased a dishwasher (Bosch). We basically knew the type and model, but were open to options. Our salesperson (Ramin) was very helpful in showing all options for us. No pressure or upsell. The transaction was handled professionally and quickly. Delivery was on time and we're very happy with the purchase.
