These guys are rip off. Charged me $800 to store my car for three weeks. While I got the money together to pay for the repair. Then tried to charge me $2230 to repair brake pads and rotors after having not completed the initial repair to begin with. They claimed the initial damage, which he fixed, had made it so changing the brakes and rotors was required. At which point he said the cost to repair the brakes and rotors (not even calipers) was $2230!!! That’s absurd. These guys are completely dishonest. They charged me money for sending me text messages. They are a complete joke. Don’t use them. They lie and they over charge.
The ABSOLUTE worst experience I have ever had getting an oil change! I purchased a Groupon, which prepaid for 4 oil changes. When I went into the 20th/Stark location, they tried to charge me a "shop fee" of $19.99 and $14.00 extra for .8 quarts of oil- saying the Groupon was only good for 5 quarts and my car needed 5.8 quarts. I refused to pay and the man at the counter refused to give my car back to me. When the manager came out, he was absolutely no help at all- would not look at me while speaking, came up with DIFFERENT PRICES, and proceeded to walk into the back and sit down mid-conversation. Completely disrespectful. Since the incident, I have ran into a few others who were ripped off by these people. Do not trust this location and do not purchase the Groupon. I will say, Andy, the mechanic was a nice & knowledgeable. They do not deserve him.
I would leave no stars if I could they broke a bolt in A bolt in my intake manifold tried to drill it out just left it for mine other mechanic to find. I thought my car was on the way out now. Seems to be running fine after I had that bolt replaced. they made a mistake and they wouldn’t even pay for the part that they broke let alone the price I had to pay for somebody to fix it. This place is far from honest stay away from them!
Had my oil changed and it was a convenient location close to my home and walkable to restaurants for waiting if you don't want to hang out. I got a same day appointment and they got it done in the timeframe I was quoted. I liked that they didn't try to upsell me. Upon check-out they told me next time I should consider changing my air filter and emailed me a coupon for discount on next visit. As car maintenance goes, it was a great experience.

They took the time to explain the issues with my car in a way that made sense, gave me a fair and transparent quote, and got the job done quickly. The quality of work was top-notch, and they even went the extra mile to check for a few other things without pushing unnecessary repairs. My car is running better than ever, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future maintenance or repairs. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy and skilled auto service!
