⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ABSOLUTELY PHENOMENAL EXPERIENCE I cannot say enough amazing things about Hound Housing and, most importantly, Nia. We were in full panic mode after three failed bookings fell through and were canceled on us last minute, and we were desperately trying to find overnight care for our chocolate lab. We called Hound Housing at the very last minute, stressed and honestly expecting another “sorry, we can’t help.” Then Nia answered the phone .. and everything changed. From the very first moment, Nia went so far above and beyond anything we could have imagined. She didn’t treat us like just another booking , she treated us like family in a crisis. She stayed close to closing time just to help us, worked through options, reassured us, and did way more than what her job required to make sure our fur baby was safe, cared for, and welcomed. Her customer service was not just good …it was INSANELY, CRAZY AMAZING. I am truly speechless at the level of care, compassion, and professionalism she showed us during such a stressful moment. You can tell immediately that Nia genuinely cares about the dogs, the families, and the reputation of Hound Housing. She represents this company in the absolute best way possible. As if that wasn’t enough, she even managed to squeeze in a bath for our dog on pickup day, which was completely unexpected and so appreciated. That extra touch just showed how much she truly goes the extra mile. We have never had an experience like this with any boarding facility … ever. Hound Housing is incredibly lucky to have an employee like Nia. She is a true gem, an asset to the company, and the reason we will absolutely be returning and recommending Hound Housing to everyone we know. Thank you, Nia, for turning what started as a nightmare into one of the best customer service experiences we’ve ever had.
Hound Housing gave my senior Aussie mix the time and attention she needed while being boarded for an extended weekend. I very seldom board her and was impressed by their fast email responses and dedicated care when I dropped her off and picked her up. My dog tends to stay closer to humans more so than dogs, but she had no problem fitting in with a more "playful" crew. The staff keeps a close watch on all their dogs to make sure they are safe and comfortable. They are organized and devoted to providing exceptional doggie care, giving their owners great peace of mind.
I cannot say enough great things about Hound Housing! We have been taking our corgi here for the past couple of years and she always has the BEST time. The team constantly posts pictures of the pups playing and you can tell everyone that works there LOVES dogs! I recently made a mistake when scheduling boarding and we were scrambling to find care at the last minute, but Jessica was able to accommodate and took care of everything! We are so fortunate to have found a place that feels like a home away from home for our pup.
Hound Housing is awesome! They love dogs, and our golden loves them! He is 75 pounds and almost pulls me off my feet to get in the door. Always multiple staff members to give attention and very nice fenced areas with astro turf and shade sails. Large indoor play areas for rainy days. A great place for pups to enjoy a day of fun and frolic!
I felt the need to share how amazing this facility was to my animals. My Great Danes have serious separation anxiety from us and when coming to hound housing I know they will the get the special love and attention they need (Previously did doggy daycare there and they loved it). During their stay not only did they love my animals as if they were their own, they also mixed in their green beans with their food to help them eat, cleaned their beds thoroughly when they had an accident, and made sure they had fun with the other dogs. This is not just a business to them this is their passion, they truly love being with the animals and making them happy. I will only use this facility when needing boarding and doggie daycare and i highly encourage anyone in surrounding areas use them if you want to know your dog is in good hands!
