We were disappointed with the service provided by Howells Legal during the handling of our seller’s forward purchase. According to the estate agent and our solicitor, communication was consistently poor, with slow responses and long periods where they had no updates unless we chased repeatedly. This caused unnecessary stress and delays in what is already a time-sensitive process. Due to the lack of progress, I took it upon myself to contact one of the partners directly out of desperation to get the sale moving. Rather than addressing the concerns or offering assistance, I was abruptly shut down and told they would not respond to me. This felt dismissive and unhelpful, particularly given the urgency of the situation.
I have recently used Sara’s team at Howells for my purchase and sale. We had Cheyanne dealing with our case and she was fantastic! She made sure to always keep us up to date and added a very calming tone to a stressful situation. After some complications with the process I believe that Cheyanne played a huge part in the transaction not falling through. Thank you so much for your help, it is greatly appreciated!
