I witnessed HUPY threaten to call ICE on some spanish workers, who were in fact US citizens, working on the neighbors electric gate. I can’t believe someone as reputable as a founding member of this law firm behaves like this. Shame.

I wouldn’t recommend Hupy and Abraham. They are NOT communicative about your case, act as if you’re a bother to them and take forever to even finish up the case. I started a case in March of 2025. I’m still waiting to even get the demand package sent, which I doubt they will even keep me in the loop on. My mom who filed a case with Gruber Law, has already sent her demand package and is further along in her case than me. And she filed weeks after I did. My case work is named Esmeralda. She hasn’t called me or kept me in the loop in weeks. I’ve called the past two weeks and haven’t gotten a phone call back. She is always short and snippy with me whenever I call.
