Icing on the Ring created a beautiful product for me and went the extra mile to make sure it arrived on my schedule, well ahead of what the delivery was supposed to be. Ani went above and beyond and personally communicated with me every stem of the way. Not only did the ring show attention to detail but so did the customer service!
If you are looking for an engagement ring, please GO HERE! We had an amazing experience designing our ring. We visited the location multiple times - by myself and with my fiance. I designed the ring and Ani was able to show me similar size center and side stones, sizes, and even the in-stock diamonds. She helped so much in the selection process and kept detailed notes. When it came time to purchase she answered ALL our questions and there were no hiccups or issues. Once designed, they send a link to a 3D rendering of the piece to make sure it fits your idea. Our purchase to pickup was about 2 weeks. Some good-to-know info: - Parking: park in the underground garage across the street. Unless you purchase that day, your parking is not validated. - Days of the week: Busiest on the weekend and after work hours. I went in off-peak hours so I could get more attention. If you schedule an appointment however, you have a dedicated person like Ani (HIGHLY recommend her). If you're wondering about this ring, this is a 2.5 carat elongated oval with 2 pear side stones. It has a hidden halo around all three stones and is in 18K rose gold.
Loved the attention to detail and willingness to assist with engagement ring setting for a specific jewelry designer. Never felt pressured to consider other designers, nor to purchase the loose stone as part of the setting. Ani is superb and efficient, her no pressure approach is certainly refreshing. Her knowledge is what you would expect, which I'm grateful for. Women definitely prefer working with women jewelers, the comfort and clarity can make or beak a sale. I'm glad to be working with Ani on a stressful purchase. Photos Note: Prices for noble metals are subject to wild fluctuation so maybe disregard that detail in the photos of rings and things.
I am so beyond thankful for coming across Icing on the Ring! I had visited so many different shops looking for the perfect ring, even some shops out of state, but little did I know that Icing on the Ring had exactly what I was looking for. From the moment I arrived, the team there was so kind and helpful. Most notably, Leandra. She was with me every step of the way in this process! Having her and their team come together to brain storm my ideas, I was met with a "we can do it. And if not, we'll figure it out" attitude! Regardless, they will go above and beyond and make sure you get the ring of your dreams. Custom made and a one of a kind ring is what I went with. They were even very keen on capturing every moment of the process via pictures and video! I couldn't recommend them enough!

This family owned and operated boutique has no sales pressure, comfortable settings, vast selections, luxury, knowledge base from classic to trends, expertise, hands-on customer service, and the best pricing. When doing our research, this place was highly rated and recommended on several sites, and we totally agreee!! We enjoyed working with Ani. She was very open, friendly, informative, great communication, gave supportive advice, compatible options, and tailored our ring shopping experience to our needs. Our process took some time and a break on our end. Ani was understanding and supported us in our decisions and ultimately we designed and purchased our engagement and wedding band with great satisfaction. Turn around time for design approval and finished rings took less than 5 weeks. Highly recommend and would do business again for any other custom pieces. This place is always busy so would recommend booking an appointment, especially on Saturdays. Ask for Ani!!
