This group of guys was great! From my initial consultation to car being finished. We received updates about insurance coverage and progress of work. Jace was prompt in responding and Tim the owner was friendly and helpful. Overall they were all very efficient, Will definitely use in future!

This place did a horrible job on my 2024 Nissan Sentra left scratches and swirl marks all in paint painted my passenger side door too thick my paint chipped. Did not plug back in my keyless entry on my passenger side door. Do use Icon I wouldn’t recommend this place to a dog. I’ll leave pictures of the poor work they did.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Icon Collision Services repaired my electric vehicle and did an amazing job. They are the only shop in Memphis certified for EVs and also Toyota certified. They worked with my insurance so I only paid my deductible. They kept me updated and the car looks perfect, like there was never any damage. Highly recommend.
Tim the owner at ICON was fantastic with helping my repair process go super smooth. All of the staff are great. I want to give a big shoutout to Britt for going the extra mile and taking care of my car interior and exterior detail. Thanks to him, my car looks brand new again. Most definitely will choose this shop again to repair my car!
