I called about a leak the evening it happened. I got a referral from a friend and expected to leave a message but Zac answered! :-) I explained the situation and he came by a couple of days later. He was excellent at explaining what he found and was patient with me and my questions. A quote was provided within a day and the price was great. The job was scheduled, his crew arrived on time and completed the work within 3 days. I especially appreciated Zac taking the time to answer questions and to also come back to cover the spot when rain was predicted, which was greatly appreciated. His attention to detail at the pre & post job walk through was great. When the job was done, on his post job inspection he was not happy with the cut of a tile and had someone come out and replace it. Awesome customer service! I highly recommend Icon Roofing for any roof repair. You will not be sorry that you chose Zac and his crew!
Icon Roofing did a great job replacing our roof. The crew showed up on time, worked hard, and kept us in the loop the whole way. Everything was handled professionally, and the work was done right. Cleanup was solid, the roof looks great, and the whole process was easier than expected. I’d definitely recommend them if you need roofing work done.
We had a roof leak over our garage and called several roofers for a bid. Everyone was 10 days to 3 weeks out. I then tried ICON Roofing and spoke with the owner Zac. He came to my house that day, went up onto the roof, and then said he would get back to me ASAP with a bid. I received a very reasonable quote ,and he had his crew there to repair it a few days later. The whole experience was seamless, professional and done in a timely manner. We had an excellent experience with Icon Roofing. They replaced our AC shingle pad roof in October 2024 and did great work. The company has excellent communication and professionalism. They include lots of photos and detail of the work. Good prices and quicker lead times. They also have a good warranty program as well so you can assure any future leaks will be addressed. Friendly staff as well from the owner Zac to our roof inspector/estimator Trevor. The workers are also friendly and get the job done! Thank you Icon Roofing. We have had 3 other roofing companies in the past and they don’t compare to Icon. We are glad we finally found a roofing company we trust!
I highly recommend doing business with Icon Roofing, Mesa, AZ for your roofing needs. As a result of the August 25, 2025 haboob that hit the valley with 50 - 60 mph gusts, our roof got damaged! Icon Roofing sent out a sales rep, Jake, to assess the damage and give me an estimate, which was fair, comprehensive and concise. My total roof job began September 15 and was completed by September 17! Thanks to all the staff at Icon Roofing!
