This is the only repair shop I will take my phone and tablet to. The service and pricing is awesome. I never have to wait long for any work that needs to be done. Their selection of phone cases are phenomenal. Even for my new Pixel 10 Pro! Don't take your phone anywhere else!!
Not good. Spent $250 to get both sides of an iPhone 13 Pro Max repaired. They didn’t have the parts to fix the back panel so instead he sent it off to another location without my approval. After 5 hours of what was quoted as a 1 hour repair, I had to travel to an entirely different location for pickup. After receiving the phone back the screen is fixed and at least they didn’t try to charge more than was quoted. But now the microphone on my iPhone doesn’t work and the camera is unable to focus. Glue is seeping out of the edges of the screen and I don’t trust either locations enough to even try and get it fixed again by them. Maybe not quite a scam but unprofessional and untrustworthy.
