Imo has got a good standard tradition that keeps the business model same everywhere you find an imo franchise. Was in Cardiff and tried it out but wasnt dissapointed with the brand. Good job to all your team.

Had to give 1 star cos I couldn't put 0 star. Took my car to be washed had a 50% voucher n paid by PayPal whilst waiting. The guy wouldn't except voucher started shouting at me to pay the other half. Showed him I'd paid but would except it. In the end I paid the rest just to get away from there. He wasn't even going to pre wash my car I had to ask him to do it 10 seconds later he told me to go. NEVER EVER WILL I GO THERE AGAIN THEY ARE SO RUDE THE 2 MEN THERE
Today, I had a lovely experience with a gentleman who was washing my car. He was very kind and helpful, making the whole process enjoyable. I definitely plan to go back there again. I paid £20 for the top-tier service they offer.
Polite and friendly staff provide an excellent service. My car looks brand new after my visit today and the complimentary air freshener has left it smelling brand new too!! Would 100% recommend this car wash from quick washes to full valet! Thank you so much!!
