I had My 69th Party here with 11 Friends. We had such a blast. Our 1st time pole dancing, but the instructor Anne was attentive, incredibly knowledgeable, experienced, & most of All, She put up with Our shenanigans. We are all different in Our abilities but still had an amazing time. I’m quite sure We’ll be back. Great Fun.
I had my birthday party here & we had the absolute BEST time. Booking was so easy, communication with Sarah was great. We had AJ as our instructor and she beat our expectations. So welcoming, comforting & the best teacher considering none of us have done a class like this before and we all left feeling like brand new women! 10/10 experience. Can’t wait to be back.
I have been taking classes at the St Pete location consistently for a few months now and have nothing negative to say about this studio or the instructors. I began with two months of the Beginner Series, where I learned foundational moves and built my strength, and now I have a membership that I use for both classes and open studio time. I love the focus on self love and movement from the heart, and always leave class feeling inspired and more confident. I have come to class on some hard or emotional days and have left feeling like that was the best therapy (it is). Consistent attendance has yielded amazing results for my physical performance and mental well-being, and I have no plans to stop any time soon! The instructors each have their own style and teach a wide variety of skills, and their class drop in structure allows for me to customize my workout plan to fit my life each week and to reach my long term goals in this sport. The onlyyyy thing I would add to the suggestion box is: more weekday AM classes in St. Pete please!
This was my second time at Impulse Pole Dance Studio, and it was just as amazing as the first! Our instructor, Ruby, was so fun, supportive, and made everyone feel confident no matter their level. The class was the perfect mix of fitness, laughter, and empowerment — I left feeling strong and happy. The studio has such a welcoming vibe and great energy. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
I can’t say enough amazing things about this pole dancing studio! From the moment I walked in as a complete beginner I felt welcomed, supported and inspired. The instructors are not only incredibly skilled but also deeply passionate about helping watch student grow at their own pace. The beginner classes were the perfect mix of fun and foundational technique and as I progressed, the transition into tricks and more advanced pole work felt seamless and amazing! Highly recommend this studio :)
