Gate was installed after a long delay due supple issue. Job was under quoted and materials missing resulting in more delays. The boss was very professional but when he wasn’t there, his workers were procrastinating and slow at getting the task done. Paid for gate slat to be installed all the way to the ground due small dog but due to shortage of materials, this couldn’t be done resulting in missing slats. Had to call the company to come back with more slats. Overall, the gate looks good but could have been completed quicker.
In-Depth done a supply and install job at my place. I was replacing a boundry colourbond fence that was uneven along the bottom with a straight and even colourbond fence with sleepers underneath it for future pool scaping plans. There was a little bit of miscommunication between the start and finish of the project. But In-Depth worked hard to clear up the miscommunication that had previously happened and ordered the correct materials for the job. The fence was completed to 100% satusfaction and the fencers were very professional, done a fantastic job and I couldn't fault them a single bit. I would recommend the company to my friends and family and I look forward to using them again for future projects.
Indepth did a great job for us, demolishing/excavating and building a new courtyard of concrete, concrete sleepers and modwood bench seat. Very good communication throughout. Lots of pride in their work.
In Depth Landscaping turned our backyard into a relaxing oasis where we are happy to spend our time. Sam's team included Pat, Zak and Vik who all did a wonderful job with a high level of professionalism. They were always on time, friendly, respectful, and happy to explain every step of the work. All the digging and rubbish removal was done manually. Jacob, the project manager, was not afraid to get his hands dirty, happily giving his boys a helping hand when he was there and returning at the end of the day to check up on their progress. The communication was excellent throughout the process. Luke, the head of business, listened to all our priorities, wants, and needs. The end result exceeded our expectations and we would recommend In Depth Landscaping to anyone who need improvements to their gardens. They will deliver a great result with precision, on time, and within budget.
I had a large landscaping job and the team from In-depth were fantastic. They were very professional and turned up on time every day. They gave us value-add with some tips and ideas to improve on our original concept plan. Any hiccups, which you always have with a large job, were sorted out quickly and to our complete satisfaction. The job was completed on time and on budget. The final result is fabulous and has added value to our home. We’re very happy.
