Enjoy my workouts at InShape>March >quail >tracy locations. Weather doing circuit or hitting the swimming pools. All have friendly counter team members.Each are always courteous and helpful. All locations have staff that are continually cleaning each gym daily. I would refer Inshape to my family and friends to experience a good workout at these place with my visitor passes we are able to share. Cool gear, points so showing up can be used for different options. Keep up the good job In shape . Great workout not crowded. Always clean
Due to health reason and i no longer live in the area, This gym refused to let me cancel andade me wait until September. I waited and they were getting auto payments totalling 599.00. Have to reserve time in the pool also didnt work for my schedule. Charging people after they have requested to cancel 3 times is greed and wickedness.
Is one massive gym a great idea? I honestly like in shape smaller much better. It's great to get a workout here when I can although it's harder now with my disabilities. I wish they had specific people that actually help people with disabilities. .
Great staff, my husband and I enjoy going there! The facility has everything we need. From sauna to cardio then weights and quick workouts. Great atmosphere respectful people. It’s been two months hardly miss a day. Or try not to due to our schedule…
As a member for many years, I honestly can't say much about this location in particular. Members pay a yearly "maintenance fee", yet equipment continues to be out of service often. The towels are never available and when they are they are damp. Spray bottles hard to find. Soap and paper towels hardly stocked in the restroom. This place is also overcrowded. This place has seen better days. Good luck finding open equipment!
