Tim was great, I will never use another company for plumbing services. He arrived for an emergency I had and even though I had another plumber here. I quickly realized Tim was the right option for us. A quickly dismissed the bob hamilton representative. He was able to fix the issue and recommend some additional fixes. In a moment of panic and anxiety here Tim provided outstanding service and exceeded our expectations. 10/10. Thank you for the help.
Inception Plumbing was incredible! They fixed my leak and did some upgrades on the SAME DAY I called! Chris was very help and knowledgeable. He taught me and showed me things about my house I had no idea were there! Chris was also very friendly and fun to talk to and really walked me through all my options, without trying to upsell me. He really has a philosophy of taking care of his customers and doing the best work possible! I would recommend Inception Plumbing to anyone and would try to refer Christopher Smith to do your work. Truly amazing work!
Great experience. The technician cleared my sewer line fast and efficiently, explained exactly what the problem was, and gave me a clear cost estimate upfront. The price was very reasonable — no “arm and a leg” surprise charges. I really appreciated that they were local and honest, and I was happy to support a local company. I’d definitely recommend them and would use them again.
Everyone we worked with at Inception was patient, knowledgeable, and good at what they do. From Brittany, who helped schedule the work, to Harold and Scott, who talked us through the solution to our issue in great detail, we felt fully informed and confident in the process and work. Harold especially was so helpful in educating us about not just the issue they were addressing, but our entire plumbing system. I feel 100% more informed about the entire plumbing setup now than before.
Inception Plumbing (and specifically Bryce) was a great company to work with. We had a problem toilet since we bought our home five years ago. We finally surrendered and bought a new toilet from Home Depot and were waiting for two days to hear from an installer. We decided to research on-line for a good plumber and found Inception Plumbing had good reviews. What a nice surprise to learn they could come out today and install the toilet for us. Bryce was professional and courteous and has 17 years experience. What more could we ask for to handle this job?! We cancelled our service through Home Depot and are very pleased with the work from Inception Plumbing. I would use them again and highly recommend!
