Very professional and understanding, I was listened to and cared for which really matters. Trust was very quickly established, I was made to feel comfortable, and I felt confident that I was in safe and expert hands from the very first appointment. Any initial, ongoing or new concerns i had about my condition were taken seriously and explained thoroughly. The premises were immaculate - without being too clinical which helped me to feel less anxious on arrival. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending my specialist to anyone and I would be reluctant to go elsewhere in the future if I needed further treatment. I cannot thank you enough for the time and patience shown to me particularly as I had to rearrange an appointment, the lady who did this for me was lovely and deserves recognition too.

Nida is absolutely amazing! She made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Such a lovely lady that made a rubbish time that little bit better. Nida was knowledgable about my injuries following a car accident I was involved in and offered advice and structured physio exercises for me to complete at home. Abeer was extremely professional and had a very kind, reassuring nature. She was highly knowledgeable about my injuries and was able to give me lots of helpful guidance and exercises. I really appreciated the time she took to explain everything clearly and make sure I felt comfortable throughout the session.
I’ve been treated following a car accident at Independent Physio by Abeer. Abeer is excellent and has helped me recover in the space of 7-8 weeks. My personalised exercise programme has really benefited my recovery and Abeer has made sure to check in with my progress with these exercises at each session.
