I tried this company for the first time and I will not be returning. The hair is so stiff that I had to buy new hair elsewhere. This hair is soooo overpriced for the quality. Also, the long speech you receive when you purchase the hair in store is overkill.
She was so nice and patient with me. I ended up not purchasing anything because I needed the hair ASAP and they only have certain hair online, but I really appreciate how kind she was & the hair is a great quality. Nothing like the big chain hair stores that sells synthetic mixed hair with the Lord knows what. I will be returning!
Indique is not allowing for bad reviews to be left on the website, so, I’ll just leave mine here. I’ve been buying Indique hair for years and the quality in 2023/2024 is just the absolute worst. I recently purchased the Fiji curl and it was the rattiest, nappiest hair I’ve ever seen. It didn’t matter what I did to it . It tangled and shed and was a HOT MESS! It took 45 minutes plus to comb everyday and was coming from the tracks in clumps. I conditioned it and Did everything that I could. It would not dry and began to mildew. Less than 1-month shy from my install, I had my stylist remove it .It also looks nothing like the pictures online. Upon initial install, it looks like you have a basket of curly fries on your head. Black old lady church wigs looked better. I also bought the body wave texture in the SEA line prior to buying this and it was also a hot tangled mess but this, was the absolute worst. I had my stylist throw it out. I’m done with yall.

The shop is lovely and really creates an enticing environment. Picking the right bundles can be so stressful and they do their best to make it easy.
