Sharita was super rude and unprofessional with me. I bought a preserved rose from her and it turned out black after 1 month. At the time of purchase she gave me a 5 years of warranty for an exchange if anything happens to the rose. When I went back with the receipt and rose She was hesitant to replace it, but somehow agreed to replace it when I was in the store. Months passed away never got a call or update on when to come pick up the rose or if the rose wasn’t ready. When I went back she was surprised and rude that I came back. Told me the rose wasn’t ready and asked me come back later time. Again no update over a month. So finally I decided to go back, I called her on the way and she said the rose is ready now. I get to her shop and the rose she’s giving me has a hole and is in the worst condition from the original rose that I had brought back. When I refused to take that rose home she got super rude! Started threatening me to call the cops and kicked me out her shop and told me that I’m trespassing! It was the worst experience ever! Until this day I have never got a call from her to get my rose back. I wasted $250, never got the rose and on top of that I was threatened and humiliated! Her store and her customer service doesn’t even deserve 1 star!
Never recommend!!!!! Very unprofessional!! It was really bad experience with infinite petals (sharita). I bought preserved rose worth $250 from sharita 5 months ago. At the time of purchase she was so nice and told me there will be 5 years of warranty of preserved rose with anytime exchange with new one. After 2 months its petals turned black and I took back to her for exchange with 5 years warranty promise. I was so surprised seeing her rude behavior and also took my flower and said she will call me in 3-4 days when it will get repaired. I waited 7-8 days and had not received any call. Once I called her she didn’t pick it up. Then I went straight to store for updates. She was literally so rude and giving me rose with holes and turned black. Once, I denied to take that rose she started shouting on me and said me she is not giving any rose and get lost. I was so upset I spent $250 on that. She broke her promise of 5 years of warranty. I wasted $250 and got nothing! I never met a lady like her so weird and rude does not know how to talk with customers. Very unprofessional!! I never recommend her!!!!
I ordered a birthday arrangement and the customer service to assign me in picking out the perfect complementary flowers and accessories. Also, the delivery was on time and seamless.
Infinite Petals is by far the best luxury florist in North Carolina. The shop is absolutely stunning! When you walk in, you are greeted by a dazzling chandelier. The shop has a huge backdrop with beautiful & colorful flowers to take cool pics with friends and family. The energy is vibrant and welcoming. The staff is very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The owner, Sharita is a master florist. Tell her the occasion and she will make sure you will have the perfect arrangement 💐
Sharita gave the most awesome experience. Super last minute delivery for a special someone in my life and I had no clue what I was doing or how to do it. Sharita simply said “I got you”…and she DID! Gorgeous arrangement, super fast delivery and she even gave me a little extra time and motivation to make sure I got just the right message on the arrangement card. Absolute best and will definitely use Infinite Petals again.
