Great costumer service. Went to buy my boyfriend a bracelet and end up buying myself a ring as well. Took a few days to get sized and when I went to pick up my ring I ended up buying a bracelet for myself too. I'm looking forward to picking up my bracelet. I got my engagement ring here. I didn't want a diamond. I wanted a different type of gemstone and I told the guy that and he walked me to exactly what I needed and showed me all my options and gave me a very reasonable price range to select from. Other places I had gone kept trying to convince me to buy their (scam) diamonds but this place actually respected my wishes and showed me what I asked for. I've had no issues yet with the product and my girl likes it just fine. I definitely recommend this place for people who are on a budget and who want to be taken seriously even if they aren't a high-rolling big spender.
