I got my first tattoo here and it was an amazing experience! They made it a very comfortable environment and ensured I was 100% sure about placement, size, etc. The tattoo turned out great. Amazing prices as well, and I will definitely be back!
Super friendly, super clean, super cozy and eclectic stylish that lets the artists express their personalities and styles. Excellent vibes. Halloween mood was set today with a fall scented candle, and cozy lofi music video/channel in their waiting area made me feel welcome as a walk-in. Immediately I was told someone would be with me right away, and they despite a busy shop, they told me a walk-in was more than welcome. They asked what I was looking for and when I showed them my little grasshopper needing a glow-up the guy immediately complimented it and asked where I had gotten it (Ohio). Every staff member was nice, and a couple poked their head into my session to check-in on the progress as we neares lunchtime. Salma was finishing an appointment and I just waited while she cleaned and set up her space for me. Bonus points for having gone to the same HS, and having Brooklyn 99 playing on her tv. I enjoyed that the artists each have a private room for their workspace, so it was quiet and cozier than my other tattooing experiences. Quiet, and great for someone that enjoys savoring the process of getting tattooed. Her walls were a beautiful marigold yellow, and she had her artwork, and lots of fun knick knacks everywhere to look at while sitting there. Salma was beyond wonderful, so I ended up getting some small script that I had been wanting for awhile too! They had an October special going, so the price was SUPERB and less than I was expecting to pay. I'm already discussing future ideas with Salma, and can't wait. I loved my experience, and am thrilled to have found this gem of a shop.
I got my tattoo done at a different shop and early in the healing process, I made a mistake in applying a new second skin. I didn't have a backup and was worried I was going to damage my tat. Ink Society was listed as open, so I hustled over. I didn't have an appointment and hadn't called ahead, so no one was there. But then when I called the number, Miguel answered right away. He came straight over from his morning coffee run, and cleaned and wrapped my tattoo for me. I tried to pay for his time and materials, but he refused. Now I hope to come get a tattoo from him in the future! Miguel is very knowledgeable and kind, and he really didn't have to do that for me. I'm grateful for his generosity.
Miguel did a fantastic job on my memorial tattoo. Looks just like my dog. I brought in an AI rendering and he shaded it and made it a real piece of art. 100/10 I would get another tattoo from him! Also the vibes are just great here, felt like hanging out with friends. We talked about movies and conspiracy theories and travel and pizza. Love this place.
Miguel was a gem! Took me as a walk in, great vibes, did a wonderful job on a little ink of my niece’s handwriting. I’d recommend and go back to him again for sure
