The team at Inspire Dental is so caring! I appreciate the time they took to help me understand exactly what was going on. Dr. Jones was very knowledgeable, and his assistants were so kind. Alexis was welcoming, Liana was very patient when helping with the paperwork and Hannah and Kristen were so helpful in working at getting an appointment that worked with my schedule. Best Dentist in town!
I had the same dentist for 35 years so when he retired and recommended Inspire Dental to take over, I was a little hesitant. I am extremely happy to report that I absolutely love the entire team at Inspire Dental and couldn’t be happier with where I’ve landed for my dental care. Every single person from start to finish is welcoming and caring, and I recommend them to anybody.
I have never written a review before now. I have a sister that has down syndrome and it has always been hard to find dentist that will work with her, have patience and understand what she and us are going through. We live in a small town in west Texas so no one really knows how to deal with disabilities or people who have them. We were told to go to a pediatric dentist and then the pediatric dentist would tell us to go to an adult dentist, so we just stopped looking here. We started using the multi-care assistant center for her primary Dr and they referred us to Inspire Dental and they have been so nice to her. On her last dental appointment they need to take pictures of her mouth so we could get her teeth fixed and it has been hard to get the pictures because she has a mind of a 4 year old, well on this last visit we had many dental assistants making sure they got the pictures they needed so she wouldn’t have to go back until her procedure. Alexis, Hannah, Marvi, Amanda, Michelle and I think the guy that came in and helped was Marcelo( he worked with crowns) were all amazing they were as gentle as they could be with her to get what they needed. Dr. Jones explains everything and what they are doing and waiting for. I also like that he understands what family members of the disabled are going through. Thank y’all for everything yall did and what yall are going to do. It is worth the 6 hour drive just to go to Inspire Dental.
This was our initial appointment with Dr.Jones and his staff — and they were awesome! It is nice to find a dentist who explains things in detail so that you can feel confident moving forward with a treatment plan. It was obvious that the everyone in the office works well together, listens carefully to the patient, and cares about your comfort! I highly recommend Inspire Dental !!
