The place was fine has a big variety of furnitures and some very modern and must traditional, online they have also. The lady was extremely nice and try to help on everything, highly recommend her. Price was very competitive, we didn’t found what we were looking for, but, maybe on the future we can get some. Definitely we will return
The prices are a total rip off!!! I payed 750 for a 5 drawer. BY ITSELF!! I got straight scammed. 🤦🏻♀️ This message is to anybody else who sees this run!!! Don’t buy from here. It’s too expensive. There’s better places that have affordable furniture. 0⭐️
I have been here a few times and purchased furniture. It was my go to but now i do not recommend. Initially, i was told i would receive the couch in 10 days and the day it was supposed to be delivered they never showed. I called the store and thats when they explained the couch was not there. Unprofessional because i sat and waited. Today my couch gets delivered and the delivery guys show up over an hour early while im cleaning. They complain about how the enrtyway was not clear and i had to explain yall are not supposed to be here until 5pm. I report them to my sales person and She tells me to call the manager if im upset bc she is just a sales person. I have waited over 2 months for this couch. They did provide a loaner because i explained i was entertaining for the holiday and needed something. The manager gets on the phone as if im supposed to be appreciative because they gave me a loaner. No if id known this couch purchase was going to take this long i would have chose something else or went somewhere else.
The furniture is decent and the delivery guys were very fast, which was great. The sales lady made me feel a little uncomfortable and pressured, but she was nice. The overall complaint I have is about their over priced furniture. I paid $1,400 for a dining room set and I found the EXACT same table at another store for $800. I’ll definitely never shop here again as I would rather spend less money for the same exact furniture. $600 is a huge difference that I would rather have spent on other furniture instead of feeling like I’ve just thrown it away.
I came in and was greeted and was able to browse before being asked if there was anything I wanted. I was taken care of and provided all the information I needed with full disclosure on Acima (You actually have to agree to their terms which gives you ample opportunity to see the policies). I had my purchased scheduled but had it ready early so they called to see if I wanted it sooner. They showed up in the timeframe agreed to and delivered my order in the colors I asked for. No damages to any of my items. Will be doing future transactions though this establishment. (The chair was a purchase, came without any issues)
