Tanner and the staff were amazing and very informative. I had water damage on my Mac book and although the computer was not fixable the team did everything possible to fix it while keeping constant communication! They gave me multiple options and solutions, you can tell they truly care.
I had a very bad experience with iPhone Repair Gods. I brought my phone in and was told it only needed a new battery. After four days, I returned and was told they couldn’t fix the phone at all. They handed my iPhone back to me, but it wasn’t working. After taking the phone to another repair shop, I discovered that my original battery was missing and the phone had been returned without any battery installed. This was never explained to me at the time, and I had no way to confirm it until another technician opened the phone. Taking four days to handle a battery issue and then failing to fix a simple problem is unacceptable. The service was terrible, communication was poor, and customer service was awful. I do not recommend this shop.
My boyfriend and I came in to get our phone screen protectors on and the store manger was the best help! He had amazing customer service and very kind to speak with. 12/10 recommend this place to anyone! 😊
Called the shop to bounce ideas about phone repair vs replacement off an expert. They were thoughtful about their recommendations and explained to me how each option would work. Would definitely purchase from these guys if they carried new phones. Used phone pricing seemed on par with the backdoor website.
Tanner and Thibault was Anazing! Great customer service. And the service was so fast! I mean less than 20 minutes to replace my iPhone XR screen and my ear piece. I mean Fast!!! I was very satisfied with my service! Please come check them out! They are the best.
