I began going to Iron Lab about 2.5 years ago. I first began working with Martin and have now been working with Ioana for over a year. I cannot say enough about Iron Lab overall and about Ioana in particular. Her level of knowledge and the care and attention she gives is remarkable. She has managed to help build muscle and strength in an older, arthritic, and rather damaged body in a safe manner. I walk out of our weekly sessions feeling upright, strong, and better than ever.
