Been without "The Beast" for over a year. Almost $6000 in repairs. Loaded her up right before The Lone Star Rally, and took her on a road trip to the best crew in Texas. Iron Mike's Motorcycle Shop. They fixed her up after a bad wreck. Went up to a 21in rim, tons of front and back end work, paint, and front fender. It looks perfect. Did a complete work over to make her brand new. I rode my baby for the first time today!!!!! I couldn't stop smiling. My momma was in my ear, making sure I knew to be safe, but she was elated for me. I can still hear her hootin and hollerin. She was always my biggest fan. I worked my ass off to make this happen for the rally. Thank you to my body guard, and best bud for making sure this goal and rally were achieved in time. Iron Mike is a stand up guy, and he made sure, no matter what, I rode my baby out before the rally. He will have a spot out there. Make sure to go see him for anything you may need for your motorcycle. Damn this feels good. 🤙🫶
My carbs on my 92 Honda CB750 Nighthawk took a nose dive after i put seafoam in the tank. Big mistake. Iron Mike and his team took care of me and did some repairs to them that was needed. The bike now runs so smoothly, no more back firing and smelling gas when the bike starts up. The tune up was worth every penny as was the hour + long drive each way, by passing several closer bike shops just to get there. Well done Gentlemen. I'm a customer for keeps.
DISAPPOINTED!!!! Mike recently got voted best cycle shop in the county and surrounding areas; beating out 2 local Harley Dealerships! He should have at least gotten the best in the entire great state of TX. Seriously, Iron Mike epitomizes the generation of my father; honest, fair, thorough, and communicative. I appreciated the fact that he called me 3 times to confirm or deny extra labor and why. All around great man!
Awesome shop, Iron Mike knows the business. And better yet he knows any bikes. A nice clean shop with a crew of workers that know what they are doing, and in a timely manner. Very recommended.
DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BIKE WITH THIS SHOP! I left my custom bike with this unprofessional, dishonest, thief on 22Mar24 and, after over 3 months of his screaming at me, hanging up on me and him not dying what he said he would do, I finally got it away from him 31May24. It would take me writing a novel to share the entire horror story I went thru with this crook, but I won't. He assurred me he would be my "insurance lawyer" and that he'd handle everything after which he's calling and telling me to contact the insurance company because he hasn't heard from them. After a few phone calls I discovered the insurance had emailed him a week or more prior and that as a business owner he has over 12400 UNREAD EMAILS! His number 2 man tells me that I have to call them and tell them I emailed so they know to check it, no wonder he hasn't heard from my insurance company, he doesn't check his email! As a competent business owner he should be checking that 50 times a day minimum! In order for me to get my bike from him after over 3 months, the shop told me I owed them over $5000.00 in storage fees without them having done any work or making any progress on repairing my bike. In addition to that, the condition my CUSTOM BIKE is in blew my mind. Look at the pics and see how he takes care of a custom motorcycle that he charges $5000.00 to have in his shop! Greasy hand prints all over my custom leather seats and paint job. If you zoom in you can see fingerprints in the layers of dust all over the bike, it was in pieces and worse shape when I got it back. Did I pay the $5000.00 in storage fees this thief was charging, hell no! "Iron Mike"and his protégé are nothing more than scammers. I can't speak to the actual mechanical knowledge they may or may not have because I never saw it in action. All I witnessed were 2 unprofessional, dishonest, rude, screaming and disrespectful people trying inflate my insurance estimate to guarantee it getting totaled so they get paid for doing nothing. I can't wait to see what lies they come up with to rebutt this review. The pics I've added show the truth which is he had my custom motorcycle over 3 months, getting greasy fingerprints all over it and leaving it to collect dirt and grime in his shop with no regard to caring for my bike at all. And for all of his "trouble" to not care for my bike he feels I owe him $5000.00. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE YOUR BIKE CUSTOM OR NOT WITH THESE %$$@&#!*&$'s because they will not take care of it much less do actual repair work. He actually told my insurance adjuster that he wasn't going to work on my bike even if it wasn't totaled! Which means he had my bike over 3 months with no intentions of repairing it. The one thing that pisses me off the most is the fact that, because of their incompetence and piss poor service, I'm missing out on 4/5 months of riding my bike! That's somethingyou can't put a price on!
