Ken and Tim are amazing. My laptop was running slow and the pointer periodically stopped working. Ken got me in and Tim fixed the problem within 24 hours. They are fast, honest and very fair. Great service, better people!!!!
IT Cloud Global is amazing. They are courteous, professional and very knowledgeable in fixing my laptop. Tim installed Windows 11 and the results were incredible!!! My laptop runs faster; I thought he replaced my laptop with a new one. Their turn around was super quick and the rate was very reasonable. I will definitely return with my other pc upgrades.

Ken and his team are courteous, knowledgeable, and meticulous in diagnosing my issues and providing a solution at a great price. They have helped me on several occasions, and I have yet to be disappointed.
Outstanding all around. Great communication, turnover time, accuracy and professionalism. Very convenient location. My laptop was overheating and performing poorly. I was not ready for a new computer nor had the time to shop around for a new system. Was also fearful of losing data. Ken replaced the fan, battery and did a thorough cleaning. The laptop works great again. Highly recommended especially if you are not ready for change.
My laptop got a virus and I wasn't able to access my emails, including my work email. Ken got me in that same day and handled the virus, and installed a better antivirus software. He knew exactly what to do, was quick to repair my computer, and was very fair in pricing. I previously had used several different PC repair shops but wasn't happy with them. However, I am very happy with IT Cloud Global and Ken!
