Ivy Rehab Physical Therapy in Jersey City has been an outstanding experience for my family. The entire team is professional, attentive, and genuinely caring. I first brought my elderly mom, who had tried other physical therapy clinics in the past but never felt truly comfortable. That changed the moment she started at Ivy Rehab. Alison, one of the physical therapists, treated her with patience, respect, and full attention during every session. My mom finally felt supported and valued, and it made a huge difference in her progress. I later brought my teenage son after he injured his ankle. I requested Alison again because of how well she cared for my mom. She became his main therapist and did an amazing job helping him recover. On days when our schedules did not match, she made sure to communicate everything clearly to the rest of the team. Ashly the PTA who challenged my son to bring out the best in him. Dustin, and the other therapists stepped in with the same level of care and professionalism. They made both my mom and my son feel comfortable and even enjoy their time in therapy. Ivy Rehab Jersey City is a place where patients are truly cared for. The staff works together, listens, and goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a supportive and effective physical therapy experience.
I cannot say enough good things about Ivy Rehab. Allison has been absolutely amazing—she goes the extra mile in every way and helped me tremendously both before my hip surgery and throughout my recovery afterward. I truly believe I would not have recovered as well or as quickly without her care, expertise, and constant encouragement. Enrique is also wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable, and everyone at Ivy Rehab is kind, personable, and highly professional. From day one, I felt truly cared for and supported, not just as a patient but as a person. I’m so grateful for this team and highly recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone needing physical therapy.
5 star treatment from Dunstan. I went in a few months ago because i could barely lift my left arm. I was paired with Dunstan for an evaluation and it became very clear I had rotator cuff problems. He made it very clear for me to understand the problem and the path to make it better. I went twice a week for three weeks, then once a week for a month. He also set me up with a routine at home. About two months and I was feeling back to normal. I was discharged and given a routine to move forward with at the gym. I currently feel better than I have ever felt. I look back at where I was 6 months ago barely able to tie a bandana behind my head to feeling super strong, it is quite remarkable. So a massive thanks to Dunstan for taking the time and energy to help me. Also he is a genuinely great person to be around and made me feel positive and upbeat about the whole process.
I had an issue with disc compression in my lower back that was causing pain in the front of my thigh. I was recommended Ivy rehab for PT and this place has been amazing. Enrique, my therapist, has been absolutely wonderful. He is extremely knowledgeable and showed me exercises and stretches to not only eliminate the pain but also target my weak muscles to strengthen for long term success. The team takes great care in providing personal attention to make sure your form and posture are correct. I went for about 12 sessions over a 6-7 week period and I am completely pain free. I would highly recommend this place.
I’ve needed PT quite a few times in the past four years and Ivy has been like going home: cozy, welcoming, professional. Allison has been great help navigating after my surgeries and Ashley and Tiffany at the front desk are always patient and helpful. Gabriel helps me with heat and ice and other supportive functions. So nice! PT is really important and needs to be done right and Ivy is the place. Wouldn’t go any where else!
