Absolutely OUTSTANDING!!! Hands down one of my most amazing professional experiences. J & J Tax/Accounting is a family owned and run business. Jason, his lovely wife and daughter in law made each visit feel like I was seen, heard and protected, like part of the family. From beginning to end this service was Professional, Knowledgeable, Prompt and Personalized. I initially contacted them due to a unique tax situation (back taxes/multi incomes/business and rapidly approaching expiration dates). I was unsure on the best approach of single, married and business tax filing; however all my fears were assuaged when Jason returned my call within 15 minutes of my contacting his office. He was clear, thorough and precise about what I should do and what to expect from his service. At our first meeting Jason blew me away with his in-depth knowledge of the latest laws and changes and requirements of both Federal and State taxation regulations (military included). I had the pleasure of working with Jason this year for the first time. From start to finish, it was an incredibly coordinated process. I was missing a document so he provided me a secure link to upload it at my convenience. The customer service was top-notch. I am dealing with a personal medical issue and they went above and beyond to accommodate me. They have secured my business moving forward.
