conveniently placed next to the redline and beltway ramps. be prepared to wait a minute, fast food is not within the vocabulary there. employee attitude is not up to par for a consumer based industry. the location of this establishment is keeping it alive, ie. high traffic commuters, with no competitors nearby.
No photos this time as I was just too hungry: had their chicken wraps. The fajita wrap is alright, but their spicy chicken wraps are the best: chicken tenders, jalapenos, cheese and sauce. Can't go wrong with that one. Highly recommended.
The atmosphere was hostile, with an air of the employees was angry the customer's we're there. The food was good, 😊 I placed my order via Jack-N-Box app, the process was 😃 I received my food in a timely manner. While I was eating, I over heard an argument between a security guard and a man. The security guard was verbally aggressive telling the man, Jack-N-Box policy is that ONLY PAYING Customers are allowed to use the Restroom. The man left heart broken 💔 My Bonus Jack Combo food was delicious 😋 and I enjoyed charging my electronics and free Wi-Fi, while I ate my food 😀
No pictures but I got a free coupon from t mobile today so I decided to give them a try. And it was terrible. There was a cook and 1 girl working. She worked the register, the drive through and the inside, I really don’t know how she did it. The manager kept going in the back. I helped another lady who was there figure out her app as I had time since I was waiting so long and figured out how to submit the code and payment to get the order. The lady and I were there together so long the staff started treating us like we were together. There is nothing there that I would go back for. The food was not good at all. Well, I will say my milkshake was good. After waiting for over 30 minutes I inquired about my food and the woman serving impatiently said I should be patient. I watched her serve people in the drive through and just not give me my milkshake and burger.
No wait on a Friday night was great but she made us pull up and wait. When I got my large fries it was half empty. The rest of the food was perfect. It was alright but the fries being short is what did it for me.
