The office was easy to find. Mark went over the forms with me and was able to answer my questions. He was friendly and I felt at ease with him.
Filed my tax for 2024 here it was simple enough. Average pricing nothing crazy. Good options for returns and alternatives offered for deposit. I came in seeking tax advice for 2025 since there had been significant changes in my finances that would impact my tax return. I had researched on my own and was even ready to file on my own but wanted reassurance from an expert. Unfortunately advise is something I did not get, I presented Mike my situation but perhaps I did not explain myself correctly or did not make it clear about what I needed and it seemed difficult to get answers from him. Most answers was just acknowledgement yes or no kind of answers rather than an elaborated response. I don't blame the business like I said may be it was just me, bottom line is; Mike filed for us on our behalf, that is what I agreed to pay for not doing anybody favors I would not give someone more than 3 stars for doing the minimum expected. My experience was average nothing exceptional or memorable the average between 1 and 5 it's 3 thats the reasoning behind my score.
Mike has been doing me and my boyfriends taxes for 2 years now and we just love him. Extremely informative and does your taxes perfectly and precisely. I literally wouldn't go anywhere else for my taxes because of mike, Jackson Hewitt gained a life long customer because of Ol Mike. He's truly the best ♥️
