It was pretty brief and fast. I didn’t even have my W2 and was prequalified. Actually, I would never come back. I still owe the I.R.S. like about a hundred dollars. I just paid it again last month. I would never come back again. Sorry, there are other places like H& R block to file next time…
One of the associates called me colored and as a black woman that is so offensive and ignorant to say. The other staff were great. I had them laughing before I left. The lead said she would never forget me.
Lani was excellent very, very friendly and extremely professional. She made me feel like part of the Ohana. Even the receptionist was extremely friendly and professional.
